The emphasis in Year 9 is to expose students to as wide a range of subjects as possible across all Learning Areas of the New Zealand Curriculum. Subjects include: Art, Drama, Music, English, Health & Physical Education, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Technology, French, Japanese, Te Reo Māori and ELL (English Language Learners).
